Most orders will be packed and then shipped via Australia Post, within 2 business days of payment being received. We
will send you an email indicating the day your order was dispatched from our office in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland,
Queensland. This dispatch email will include a copy of the sales invoice and any special notes relating to your order.
If an unusual situation occurs and we will be holding your order for 3 business days or longer we will email you an
explanation. Some delays may result during seasonal peak periods in July, August, September and March. Or, unforeseen
supply problems may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We may hold an order for a few days in anticipation
of imminent stock arrival but where this will extend beyond 3 business days we will, (unless you have agreed to wait
longer) send the stock we have in hand and the remaining items will be sent to the same address at a later date. No
extra charges apply for this additional delivery. In our experience the major reasons for delays beyond 3 days are:
choosing the payment options of Online Banking or Cheque/Money Order by post or entering an inaccurate
credit card
expiry date or delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges
Australian consumer protection laws apply to any purchase made with us and we abide by the Australian Direct Marketing
Association Code of Practice.
We will refund or exchange for any purchase that is faulty or damaged or does not meet the description given. Please
contact us prior to sending an item back to us. Please email
orders@greenharvest.com.au to discuss product problems. An invoice number
and picture of the product will speed up the resolution.
We do appreciate and cultivate feedback about our service and
products. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
Guarantee
All products guaranteed to the value of the purchase price only.
Seed
We guarantee the germination of our seeds to the value of the purchase price for one year from your purchase with the
proviso that the seeds have been sown following the cultural directions provided, at a suitable time of the year and
in an appropriate climatic region. In addition, if the seeds are germinating with a recent suitable germination
percentage by our testing then we may choose not to replace the seeds. Other than our guarantee to the extent of the
purchase price Green Harvest gives no other warranty expressed or implied.
Plants
We guarantee our plants to the value of the purchase price for 14 days from our dispatch date with the proviso that
the plants have been planted following the cultural directions provided, at a suitable time of the year and in an
appropriate climatic region. If there is a problem, please send us a picture immediately. Plants may not be available
for replacement in which case we may refund your purchase price. Other than our guarantee to the extent of the purchase
price Green Harvest gives no other warranty expressed or implied.

POSTAGE
Flat Rate Postage Australia Wide
$7.50 for up to 100 seed packets: standard or home garden size, 5g, 25g and 100g
Bulk sizes for green manure, cover crops, sprouting and microgreens as well as seed collection kits and others attract the
higher postage fee to reflect the increased weight.
Or including any other products: $12.95 for Queensland and $15.95 all other states
Special Orders negotiable.
Postage is for Australian addresses only: we will not ship overseas.
