Coco fibre, also known as coir fibre, is a sustainable substitute for peat. Derived from coconut shells, it's a renewable and natural material suitable for organic gardening and is not genetically modified.
Coir Peat Bricks offer numerous applications. When incorporated into soil, they significantly enhance its structure, help break down hard clay, and improve water retention in sandy soils for as long as 5 years. They are also excellent for worm farms, can be added to potting mixes for baskets and containers, mixed into tree planting holes, used as a top dressing for potted plants, and are suitable for propagating cuttings. Each brick expands to approximately 9 liters when water is added.
