chemical-free vegetables and fruit.
Please note we
will not post to a non-Australian address.
Our online shop does
not require a credit card. Payment method is
your choice (online/offline credit card, cheque,
money order or direct deposit).
To use our very easy
online shop simply select from the shop choices
(book, tool, seed etc) at the top of the
page. Click on the barrow button to order an
item. Use the 'view shopping
barrow' button to check,
adjust or finalise your order at any time.
Our standard postage
is $9.50 or $5.50 for up to 100 packets of seed.
Please note: we will not ship overseas; shipping
prices are for within Australia
only.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
To send a Gift
Certificate:
A gift certificate from
Green Harvest may well be a perfect gift for a keen gardener as a
common response to our catalogue is "I want it all!".
Please take the time to
follow the instructions for a Gift Certificate as the website is not
yet able to handle the process in a fully automated way.
If you are finding it
difficult, please just give us a call on our Freecall number 1800
681014 and we will do it for you.
To
purchase a Gift
Certificate in $10.00 increments
Pushing the 'add' button
will enter a Gift Voucher in a $10.00 amount. To increase the
amount, go
to the Online Shop
and overwrite the quantity of 1 with the number required e.g. 3 will
create a $30.00 certificate, 10 will create a $100.00 certificate
and then press 'update barrow'.
Where should we send
it?
If you would like the
Gift Certificate sent to you, please enter your details in the name
and delivery address details on the Online Shop. If you would like
it sent directly to the recipient, please enter their details into the
name and address fields and write any message you would like
included in the comments box. A catalogue/Australian Organic
Gardening Resource Guide will be sent out with the Gift Certificate.
Our apologies that this is not more
user-friendly, we are looking at ways to improve this.
Postage
No postage is charged to
send out Gift Certificates but the usual postage amounts are charged
once the Gift Certificate is redeemed. The standard postage
is $9.50 or $5.50 for up to 100 packets of seed
once the Gift Certificate is redeemed.
The Gift Certificate is
valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Gift Certificates cannot
be used for orders for overseas customers but they can be purchased
by overseas customers for Australian residents.
REDEEMING A GIFT
CERTIFICATE ONLINE
All Green Harvest Gift
Certificates are issued with a unique number. To order online we
simply need you to enter this number in the Comments box, as you
finalise your order. If your order items total more than the value
of the Gift Certificate we would prefer to charge the difference to
a credit card, so please provide these details, if necessary. Please
understand that Gift Certificate is not transferable to cash so your
order needs to equal or be greater than the amount of the Gift
Certificate.
TO SEND A PRODUCT SUCH AS A BOOK AS A GIFT
Sending a gift using the
Online Shop is easy, we just need to know if you would like us to
send the gift directly to the recipient or to you, so you can give
it personally. If you would like it sent directly please enter the
recipient's details into the name and address fields and write any message you would like
included in the Comments Box.
If you would like a
credit card receipt posted to you, we also need your name and
address details in the Comments Box.
Please keep any messages
in the Comments Box fairly short.
