Important
Please remember that sprouts are basically seeds and so obey the germination rules of seeds. That is, they all have a preferred temperature range below and above which they will not germinate. Seeds can basically be divided into warm and cool season. Autumn is the time for cool season sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, cabbage, fenugreek, kale, onion, radish, rocket). Wait until spring before trying to grow warm season sprouts (buckwheat, mung, soybean, sunflower) unless you have a centrally heated house or live in north Qld. If the night time temperature drops below the recommended temperature then usually the seed will rot, not sprout.

Have just spent a relaxing hour trawling through much of your site that I hadn't looked at before. The amount of information that you have assembled is just great. Congratulations and thank you. Also I fully endorse the comments of others in acknowledging the excellent turnaround time for supply of orders. Just getting interested in "sprouting" and "micro greens" so I'll be placing an order in the near future.
