'Syn. Meraviglia di Venezia', 'Rheinegold'; hardy, productive heirloom romano type bean believed to originate in Italy. The golden flat pods have an excellent flavour that is rich and buttery. It continually flowers so it produces over a long period. Pods left on the vine to fully mature and dry out can be harvested to use as a dried bean. It does well from cool to warm areas.
