Traditional Italian gourmet beet. Attractive rosy pink skin outside, inside has striking rings of red and white. Thinly slice the beets and pickle or use raw. The young leaves are delicious, excellent as a microgreen and in salad mix.

Sow when: Germinate best at 10 - 28°C soil temp.

Subtropical: All year round, avoid very hot weather
