'Cabeza Red' is an attractive ball head cabbage; outer leaves are very deep red, almost black; inner head has a rich red colour with white veins. Medium – sized 1.6 - 2 kg, with a firm texture and good flavour. Eaten raw or cooked, it is an excellent source of Vitamin C.
