'Red Dragon' is an elongated barrel-shaped Chinese cabbage. The purple-red leaves have wide, white midribs. Suitable for use in salads, as a steamed green and in stir-fry or kimchi. It does best when the weather continues to cool throughout the growing period. Temperatures above 25°C cause tipburn so only plant it in the cooler months of late autumn. This seed is an F1 hybrid and so is not suitable for seed saving.
