Savoy Perfection' is an heirloom variety with a 3 kg broad compact head. Leaves are a medium dark green, tender and finely-crinkled. Easily one of the best flavoured cabbages, very mild and sweet. It does not give off a sulphur smell when cooking unlike other cabbage varieties. A very cold tolerant cabbage that holds well in the garden.
