The thick flesh is crunchy and fruity with plenty of heat. The bushes are stocky, 60 cm tall and suitable for containers. The delicious chillies make a great addition to salsa, can be pickled or used in chutney. It is a good choice for cooler areas as it comes into production quickly. Days to harvest: 60 - 80 for orange fruit. Scoville heat scale 12,000 - 30,000 units.
