Highly productive, it crops nearly year round with fleshy fruit that start as green turning glossy bright red when fully ripe, the seeds are black. Hardy and pest resistant including to fruit fly but sensitive to heavy frost. Plants also grow well in containers. Fruit ranges from medium hot to extremely hot depending on the weather. Scoville heat scale 100,000 - 300,000 units.
