Syn. Cilantro. Coriander 'Slow Bolt' is a bolt-resistant variety producing lush growth that can be cut several times. The green leaves are used in curries, salads, chutneys and salsa. The seeds are dry-roasted and used in curries, pickles and soups. The small white and mauve flowers attract beneficial insects; tachinid flies and bees.
