Container: Seedling tray (29 x 34cm) or microgreen tray (29 x 14cm) or saucer
Soak time: Do not soak seed
Sow When: Best at 12 - 20°C temperature and in mild weather
Quantity: 8g (2 tsp ) to a seedling tray; 6g (1½ tsp) to a microgreen tray
Method: Line tray with 2 - 3 layers of damp paper towel. If preferred, the tray can be filled with 2 cm of organic potting mix; spread seed evenly across the surface; cover the tray with a lid just until the green shoots appear; place the tray indoors on a well-lit bench or outdoors on a covered deck
Days to Harvest: 5 - 14 days; harvest once the 2nd set of leaves appear; cut just above the seed with scissors
Saucer Method: On a saucer, fold moistened paper towel as a base; use 1 tsp of seed; do not cover
