Container: Seedling tray (29 x 34cm) or microgreen tray (29 x 14cm)
Soak time: Do not soak
Sow When: Germinate best at 15 - 23°C temperature
Quantity: 5g (1 tbsp) to a seedling tray; 2.5g (½ tbsp) to a microgreen tray
Method: Spread organic potting mix 1cm deep in a tray, moisten well; spread seed evenly and sparsely on top; there should be space around each seed; gently pat seeds down; cover the tray with another tray; place the tray in a low light, room temperature location; move to a well-lit position once seeds are germinated
Days to Harvest: 16 - 25 days; harvest once the 2nd set of leaves appear; cut just above the soil mix with scissors
