Container: Seedling tray (29 x 34cm) or microgreen tray (29 x 14cm)
Soak time: Soak seed 1-2 hours maximum; do not oversoak.
Sow When: Best at 16 - 25°C; avoid hot weather
Quantity: 12.5g (2 heaped tbsp) to a seedling tray; 6g (1 heaped tbsp) to a microgreen tray
Method: Spread organic potting mix 2cm deep in a tray, moisten well; spread the seed evenly across the top of the mix; cover seed with a thin layer of potting mix; top with damp paper towel, remove as soon as seeds emerge; do not over-water; place the tray indoors on a well-lit bench or outdoors on a covered deck
Days to Harvest: 16 - 25 days; harvest once the 2nd set of leaves appear; cut just above the soil mix with scissors
