The leaves are similar in appearance to flat leaf parsley and are used in a similar way. Stems can also be lightly steamed and chopped finely for use in soups and stir-fries. The flavour is reminiscent of celery mixed with a bit of parsley and coriander. Suitable for tropical, subtropical and temperate areas. In temperate areas sow the seeds in spring when the soil is 20 - 25°C. In subtropical areas sow March - May. In tropical areas sow April - June. Days to Harvest: 50.
