Ruby Streaks' is an exciting new release to use in salads. It has finely serrated dark green and burgundy leaves. It is excellent as a 'baby leaf' and in salad mixes. The colour varies from dark green with red veins to dark burgundy. The flavour is sweet and mildly pungent. Days to harvest: 20 days baby leaf, 40 days full size. This is an F1 hybrid so is not suitable for seed saving.
