Wasabina' is an attractive plant with bright-green, serrated leaves. It is an ideal cut and come again leafy green for harvesting from baby leaf size onwards. It has tender, sweet and mildly spicy leaves that add flavour and zest to salads. It is slow to bolt, so the tender, larger leaves can be used in stir-fries. It is a very cold tolerant leafy green.
