Golden Nectar' is a highly productive butternut popular in southern Europe. The bell-shaped fruits are 20-25 cm long, weighing 1-1.5kg. The fruit has a very attractive deep gold, thin skin with dark red-orange flesh. It is of good quality and flavour and stores well. It has a smaller seed cavity than other butternuts.
