Victoria' is noticeably sweeter and milder then other rhubarb. It produces prolific yields of thick, tender stalks with a rosy-red sheen to 1 m high, that gradually turn to pink and then to green toward the leaf tip.
Plant type: Cool season perennial; the best stem colour is produced at 10°C
Sow when: Germinate best at 20 - 23°C soil temp.

Harvest: Pull the stalks rather than cut them; only the stalks should be eaten; rhubarb leaves are poisonous & should never be eaten or fed to livestock or poultry
