Container: Seedling tray (29 x 34cm) or microgreen tray (29 x 14cm)
Soak time: Do not soak seed
Sow When: Best at 16 - 25 °C; avoid hot weather
Quantity: 3g (1 scant tsp) to a seedling tray; 1.5g (½ scant tsp) to a microgreen tray
Method: Spread organic potting mix 2 cm deep in a tray, moisten well; spread the seed evenly across the top of the mix; gently pat seeds down; cover with damp paper towel to keep the seeds moist just until roots reach the soil; place the tray indoors on a well-lit bench or outdoors on a covered deck
Days to Harvest: 16 - 25 days; harvest once the 2nd set of leaves appear; cut just above the soil mix with scissors
