The very attractive narrow dark pink stems and leaf veins contrast with the dark green leaves to brighten up the vegetable garden. It is productive with a mild flavour and able to be 'cut and come again'. Excellent as a microgreen and in salad mix, the young leaves are very tender and nearly smooth. It is hardy and drought resistant. Days to harvest: 28 days baby leaf; 55 days mature.
