The beautiful orange-yellow stems and leaf veins contrast with the lustrous green, crumpled leaves to brighten up the vegetable garden. A medium-sized silverbeet to 45 cm tall, it is highly productive and able to be 'cut and come again'. It holds its colour when cooked and is excellent as a microgreen and in a salad mix. It is hardy and drought resistant. Days to harvest: 30 days baby leaf; 60 days mature.
