Beauregarde' is a climbing, pretty, pink and purple flowered snow pea with deep-purple wavy pods to 7 cm long. Bred to bring more flavour (and more purple) to purple peas, these high-anthocyanin snow peas hold their vibrant colour when cooked. Allow the small green peas to develop for the best flavour. Days to harvest: 60 - 80.

Avoid planting before periods of high humidity to reduce fungal problems.
