Winter Giant' syn Gigante d'Inverno, is an Italian heirloom it is a hardy, heavy-yielding English-style spinach with glossy, extra large, dark-green lance-shaped, lightly crumpled leaves. It has a fine flavour and is very tender. Also suitable for use as a microgreen and for baby spinach.
